Generally positive ang impression sa Wikipedia page ng ilang Chinese schools sa bansa.

According to http://stats.grok.se, most of the Philippine Chinese schools had increased their Wiki viewership on the first quarter of 2012. Please refer to the table below.

Xavier School managed to dominate the Wiki viewership with a runaway total quarterly views of nearly 5,500, 4.21% higher than the same period of the previous year.

Sinungkit naman ng Saint Jude Catholic School ang pangalawang pwesto na dating hawak ng ICA-Greenhills nung kaparehong panahon ng nakaraang taon.  Kapansin-pansin din ang malaking pagbaba ng Wiki page views ng huli, dahilan upang maungusan ng una.

Hindi naman nagbago ang pwesto ng Chiang Kai Shek College.

The recently-turned-100-year-old Iloilo Central Commercial High School (ICCHS) significantly gained 1,054 or 83.45% more views than the first quarter of the previous year, giving the school a spot in the Top 5.

Speaking of the Centennial Foundation Anniversary ng ICCHS last February, binantayan din po ng inyong lingkod ang Wiki page views ng naturang school mula Feb. 24 (the date before the Foundation Day) hanggang 26 (the day after). Please refer to the table below.

Ang nasa brown ay ang number one sa total day views ng araw na 'yon. Pinutol pansamantala ng ICCHS ang dominasyon ng Xavier sa Wiki noong Feb. 24, na umani ng 58 views laban sa 51 ng pumangalawa.

Ngunit sa mismong araw ng Foundation Day ng Huasiong (isa pang bansag sa ICCHS), pumangatlo na lang ito.

At noong Feb. 26, balik-average na lamang ang total day views ng Huasiong na hindi pumasok sa Top 5 ng araw na 'yon.

Nevertheless, the Wiki page of Huasiong had a good start this 2012, from being number eleven (11) during the first quarter last year, it leaped to the Top 5.

And finally, this year's first quarter no more did it give any Chinese school a double-digit figure. A good example is the Sacred Heart School - Ateneo de Cebu. It's Wiki page earned 48 total quarterly views on the first quarter of last year; this year, it has 150 total quarterly views, making a great 212.5% jump!

The second quarter of 2012 will be having a switch of audience. Students are out for summer vacation, but parents, who will be pondering again on where will they enroll their children the next school year, will surely look for available sources for schools on the net, and one of them is Wikipedia.

Sana lang makatulong ang Wikipedia sa kanila, especially when searching for Chinese schools within their area. Sana lang din ay magbakasyon muna ang mga nagva-vandal sa mga Wiki page na ito...hehehe!
